Key Responsibilities


  • Support the design and implementation of employee compensation and benefits and retirement programmes in all jurisdictions by managing and evaluating data submission and market trends 
  • Support the design and implementation of Group incentives, including individual employee eligibility and special cases review and coordination, project and stakeholder management across internal working groups globally including our subsidiaries 
  • Support job evaluation, grading review, compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises, market analyses and other cost modelling 
  • Support the annual compensation management cycle in planning and managing annual salary structure and market range review with regular benchmarking exercises and cost modelling as well as system management and enhancement 
  • Manage the renewal of different subscription and services contracts and benefit schemes by reviewing the renewal terms and liaising with vendors and services providers on renewal processes and assist in tasks related to employee benefits or services budget and expenses management 
  • Provide support for manager including ad-hoc analysis and modelling/ material 
  • preparation, review of all temporary and permanent reward change submissions 
  • across all employee groups 
  • Support the manager to provide CoE advice on rewards matters 
  • Support managers on day-to-day rewards operations to ensure data integrity in 
  • HR systems 
  • Support in planning, analysis and implementation of total rewards or other HR 
  • initiatives and projects across teams as assigned


Requirements


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology 
  • or business-related discipline 
  • At least 6 years of work experience in human resources, preferably in multinational or multi-geography organisations with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits 
  • Well-versed with common human resources practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong, and other regions around the world will be advantageous 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently, follow tight deadlines with an agile approach
